We offer furniture boards made of oak, pine and spruce.
Furniture board is a slab material made of planed bars (lamellas) of a certain size of one grade. The lamellas are glued together using a special ecological water-resistant glue with high strength.
The products are manufactured in 2 variations:
— solid lamellar board, where equal-sized lamellas are used, which are glued across the width,
— spliced board, which has gluing of both length and width of lamellas of small sizes.
We carefully select high-quality wood of the declared grade during the production of furniture boards, which successively passes the stages of drying, planing and sawing on special equipment to the state of bars of a certain thickness and width, gluing lamellas into a single panel and the subsequent finish sanding.
Due to the high-tech production process, modern equipment and special technology, the unique properties of the material — its strength and reliability — are ensured. After processing the moisture level of wood is 14%, which guarantees convenience and ease of further work with the material. Glued elements are stable, not prone to deformation, able to retain their shape and texture during long-term exploitation.
